If for any reason you do not unconditionally accept the terms of use, please do not use this website. toxicfashion.gr (hereinafter “website”) is the property of the general partnership with the name “K.SXIZAS MON EPE” General Partnership (GP /OE)” (hereinafter “COMPANY”) and the distinctive title “TOXIC FASHION”, based in the Municipality of Heraklion, with TIN (Tax Identification Number) 997789091, TO (Tax Office) of Heraklion.
toxicfashion.gr is the online store of the company and provides its users the ability to be informed about ready-made clothing and footwear, accessories and gives the possibility to purchase them. That is, the website sells these items using the technology and the low operating costs offered by the internet, in order to offer all its customers its products at the best available prices.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire 2dolls.gr website, including photos, images, texts, graphics, source code, databases, designs, news, illustrations, software, applications, services and all kinds of files and content, is the intellectual property of the company and/or its assignors, after obtaining the necessary permission from them to post on the website, and is governed by Greek, European and international intellectual property provisions. 5. Purchase of Products - Method of payment - Returns policy
The posted products are presented at retail prices including VAT. In addition to the retail cost, each user / customer also pays the shipping cost, when it exists, the amount of which will be notified to him before the final submission of his order. The company can modify the prices of its products. Any modification will not affect existing orders that are being processed or have been shipped.
The payment for the products can be made in one of the following ways: credit or debit card, deposit in a bank account or cash on delivery. After the completion of the order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming his order which will include all the above payment methods.
Upon receipt of the product, the customer is responsible to check if the packaging is intact and if the condition of the products he received is the desired one or there are any obvious problems or defects of the product so as not to lose the rights which derive from the law on defective products.
If the user/customer after receiving his order wishes to return a product the company follows a policy regarding the returns of products sold through its website which is in accordance with the European and Greek consumer protection legislation. In this case the customer will be able to return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from its receipt, as proven by the records of the transport company from which he received it. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition and in intact packaging and not used. In this case, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to the COMPANY. In case a product is proven to be defective it is subject to any warranty of the company that produced it and the responsibility and / or replacement belongs to it.

For their part, when users make their purchases through toxicfashion.gr , they must check the correctness of the information they enter before their completion and final acceptance.
After completing the order the user/customer will receive a confirmation email for this purchase and as soon as we confirm its payment, the products he ordered will be sent to him.
