How long will it take my order to arrive?
The delivery of the products purchased from the website toxicfashion.gr takes place within 2 to 4 working days from the date of the order for Greece.
What shipping costs do I have to pay for shipping to Greece?
Collection from the store is FREE.
Shipping costs are FREE for orders over 50€.
For purchases worth less than 50€, shipping is charged 5€ for cash on delivery option and 3€ when you choose among other payment methods.
In case of change, you will be charged for the return and re-shipping costs of each product.
Can I track the status of my order?

What is the process for home delivery?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
What is the process for delivery to the store?
In case you have chosen collection from a store, we will inform you about the arrival of the merchandise via sms and you will have 10 days to receive it.
It is necessary to present the order number and the Identity Card Number of the person who will go to pick it up.
* The shipment of your order is sent by ELTA courier.
* For orders placed by deposit in a bank account, the delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of payment.
* Delivery times may increase in case of holidays.
RETURNS
Refunds are only made in case you receive a defective product. In any other case a change is made with another product or size number.
CHANGES
What is the process for changes?
You can return any product to us, as long as it is in its original condition and the purchase receipt is included in the package. Returned swimsuits and underwear must have the sanitary pad.
Products in specially marked offers are not returned.
Returns are made within 14 working days from the day you received them.
The parcel is sent exclusively by ELTA courier, the transfer costs of the change are 5€ and you are charged upon receipt of the new parcel.
Change with another size number or product
In case the size number or product you have ordered does not satisfy you, send us an email with your details and the change you wish to make.
Then you send the product you do not want to us with ELTA courier and as soon as we receive it we send you the new order.
Amount Credit.
In case you do not find something that satisfies you, we can credit you with the amount of money and use it in a new purchase.
Credit is available for 30 calendar days.
